Your Mission

As a Junior Client Success Executive (f/m/d) / Account Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the successful support and further development of our VIP District customers from the Epassi environment in German-speaking countries. Your goal is to sustainably increase the use of the Employee Portal, support customers in achieving their goals, and identify and realize revenue potential within your customer portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Support and further develop a defined customer portfolio
  • Ensure the Employee Portal is easily discoverable by the client company's employees to attract new users and retain existing ones.
  • Analyze and optimize the user journey and all marketing and promotional materials in use.
  • Utilize existing data to motivate our corporate clients towards meaningful actions.
  • Actions include the fundamental (re)positioning of the Employee Portal on the client's side, as well as regular user-increasing campaigns.
  • Identify revenue and upselling potentials.
  • Close collaboration with internal, including international, teams for continuous platform development.

How You'll Succeed

  • Continuously increase KPIs such as logins, click-through rates, time spent, and number of active users.
  • Help clients (e.g., from HR or Marketing) recognize the added value and gain them as supporters to actively promote the portal.
  • Be able to systematically develop an account, identify and win relevant contacts.
  • Not just solve problems, but inspire our clients to keep the portal alive – thereby creating sustainable value for them and their employees.

What You'll Do Daily

  • Ensure effective onboarding and clear communication of the Employee Portal to clients.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide documentation and support materials (e.g., emails, presentations, FAQs).
  • Analyze your customer portfolio to develop targeted measures for user growth.
  • Proactively engage and regularly introduce new ideas or suitable portal content (offers, modules, campaigns) without waiting for requests.
  • Actively communicate with clients through appropriate channels to promote solution usage.
  • Identify and implement upselling opportunities, including negotiations and contract closures.
  • Maintain direct customer contact through personal appointments or virtual meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Create and maintain user-friendly resources such as online help centers and self-service offerings.
  • Provide direct support for questions or problems.
  • Establish regular feedback loops and coordinate with internal teams for platform development.
