This is a part-time remote position for a Support Specialist. The role involves assisting users with platform-related queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving user concerns efficiently. The Support Specialist will also contribute to creating help documentation, updating support resources, and analyzing user feedback to enhance the overall platform experience. Effective communication in both Spanish and English is key to this role, as is a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English
• Experience with creating and updating help documentation
• Understanding of digital platforms and user interfaces
• Customer support experience with a user-focused approach
• Basic knowledge of software and digital media file formats
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
• Familiarity with the needs of Spanish-speaking users is a plus
