Your Role in the Team:
As a Junior Cloud Operations Engineer, you will support our Cloud & Platform team in daily operations and projects. You will work closely with experienced Cloud and DevOps Engineers, take on the following tasks, and gradually grow into modern Microsoft Azure, DevOps, and Cloud Governance topics.
Responsibilities
- Support in operational cloud operations, including the development of technical detailed solutions
- Participation in the administration of Microsoft Azure resources
- Support in the Azure DevOps environment (Git repositories and CI/CD pipelines)
- Involvement in deployments, automations, and project implementations (e.g., rollouts and migrations)
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, as well as support in Identity & Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID)
What You Bring:
- Ongoing technical education (degree in computer science or similar)
- Interest in cloud technologies, IT operations, and automation
- Initial exposure to IT systems, scripting, or cloud technologies
- Motivation to learn new technologies and take responsibility in operations
- Teamwork skills, willingness to learn, technical interest, and enjoyment of international collaboration
- Good German and English skills, as well as a structured and reliable way of working

- A gross monthly salary starting from EUR 3,396.21 or EUR 3,885.00 (BSc graduate), which we will determine together based on your profile (based on full-time employment, KV Metalltechnische Industrie).
