Junior Cloud Solutions Architect

Our client is a leading technology consultancy renowned for its expertise in cloud solutions and digital transformation. We are actively seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Cloud Solutions Architect to join our fully remote team. You will work under the guidance of senior architects, assisting in the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Key responsibilities include participating in client consultations, understanding business requirements, contributing to the creation of technical designs and documentation, helping to migrate existing applications to the cloud, and assisting with the configuration and management of cloud services. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of cloud computing concepts, networking principles, and operating systems. Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) through academic projects, certifications, or personal exploration is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive learning attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior architects in designing cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). Participate in client discussions to understand technical requirements and challenges. Contribute to the creation of architectural diagrams and technical documentation. Support the migration of applications and data to cloud environments. Help configure and manage cloud infrastructure services (compute, storage, networking, databases). Assist in troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related technical issues. Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure successful solution deployment. Support the implementation of security best practices in cloud environments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Foundational knowledge of cloud computing principles and services. Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP). Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced remote setting. Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
