About the role
Responsibilities
- Support client engagement, business analytics, and technical sales project management.
- Work as a Junior Consultant in Business Analytics & Pre‑Sales Client Relations, handling tasks across all business areas such as project leadership, workshop execution, business analytics, acquisition, and client engagement.
- Assist senior and managing consultants in project leadership, administration, and the Project Management Office (PMO) within customer projects.
- In pre‑sales, create, coordinate, and write offer documents and references in close collaboration with the sales team and developers, maintaining an overall overview.
- Produce clear workflow and process sketches, service descriptions, and other project‑supporting documents.
- Independently prepare use‑case‑ideation workshops and requirement workshops, support their execution, and handle documentation and protocol.
- Conduct business analyses for the AI Development Department, write concept papers and presentations, support product management in marketing standard solutions, and contribute to building new business fields.
- Work on topics related to GDPR and the EU AI Act, creating documents such as data‑protection impact assessments, AI guidelines, and related materials.
- Collaborate with Account Management in client relations, develop account plans, attend customer and company events, and support workshops, trainings, and cross‑functional events.
- Independently design and evaluate customer and employee surveys.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in Business, Business Informatics, Business Analytics/Administration, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or a comparable field, ideally with a focus or minor in Statistics, AI, or Software Development.
- Minimum of five successfully completed modules, seminars, or projects in Statistics and AI, preferably in Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or time‑series analysis.
- Minimum of three successfully completed modules, seminars, or projects in Software or Web Development or Cloud, ideally involving JavaScript, CSS, React, etc.
- At least six months of practical experience as an intern or working student in consulting, business, or administration.
- Good knowledge of the relevant Microsoft‑Office applications.
- Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and experience with coding assistants.
- Enthusiasm for modern tools such as ChatGPT, DALL·E 3, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Ideally first experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to build long‑term, trustworthy relationships with stakeholders at various levels, including senior management.
- Natural leadership qualities, self‑confidence, initiative, problem‑solving competence, and adaptability to different project‑management methods.
- Structured, transparent work style; stress‑resistant, flexible time management, and highly solution‑oriented.
- Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1) with clear, open, and audience‑appropriate communication.
