Junior Controller:in– Finance & Reporting (80-100%)

In this position, you will work in Controlling and actively support the analysis, management, and optimization of financial processes. You will gain insight into complex relationships and contribute to creating well-founded decision-making bases for the company.

Responsibilities

• Support in operational controlling and assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analysis and preparation of financial key figures and creation of reports
• Execution of bookings and ensuring correct postings
• Support with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Maintenance and evaluation of data in SAP and creation of analyses in Excel
• Participation in the optimization of controlling processes and tools
• Close collaboration with internal departments

Qualifications

• Completed studies (FH/Uni) in Business Administration, Finance, or comparable
• Initial experience in controlling (approx. 1–3 years)
• Very good knowledge of SAP (H4) and Excel
• Quick comprehension and analytical thinking
• Booking security and affinity for numbers
• Structured and independent way of working
• Very good German language skills (min. C1)
