About SUMM AI

We at SUMM AI develop AI solutions that bring real societal added value – specifically for the public sector. After our successful pivot, we are ready for the next growth phase. To achieve this, we are rebuilding our Go-To-Market team – with you as a Customer Success Manager who takes responsibility, shows initiative, and is eager to rethink things with us.

SUMM AI GmbH was founded in Munich in 2022 by Flora Geske, Vanessa Theel, and Nicholas Wolf – with the vision of using Artificial Intelligence meaningfully for society. What began as a project for simple language is now a growing GovTech company with two strong products:

  • SUMM AI – for accessible communication
  • AuraFlows – for transparent process documentation

Our team combines expertise from AI development, UX design, administration, and research – with the goal of making the digitalization of administration understandable, accessible, and efficient.

Responsibilities

You will work directly with Fabian, our VP Revenue, and take responsibility for your own areas of work in a Customer Success Management role.

For example:

  • Customer onboarding
  • Support for existing customers
  • Customer support (technical & functional)
  • Customer lifecycle management (renewals, cancellations, ...)

Depending on your professional experience and our impression in our interviews, you will start as a Junior or experienced Customer Success Manager.

Your Must-Haves:

  • You are ready to take responsibility – and don't expect to be told what to do every day.
  • You enjoy working hands-on, testing, measuring, and improving – following the principle: Build – Measure – Learn.
  • You can inspire people for new solutions while acting factually and trustworthy – especially in the sensitive environment of public administration.
  • You have experience with CRM systems, preferably with HubSpot.
  • You are willing to give your all – because you believe in what you do.
  • You are fluent in German and proficient in English.
