Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Junior Customer Success Manager – B2B to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring strong relationship management, seamless communication, and successful delivery of services.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Technical, and Sales to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring consistent communication and relationship management
• Understand client business objectives and align solutions to meet their goals
• Manage customer queries, issues, and escalations with a focus on timely resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and project delivery
• Drive client engagement, adoption, and overall satisfaction
• Track and analyze customer success metrics (retention, churn, usage, satisfaction)
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and performance metrics
• Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to improve client retention
• Share client feedback with Product and Engineering teams to enhance offerings
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Servicing, or B2B Sales
• Strong understanding of B2B customer lifecycle and relationship management
• Proven ability to manage and nurture client relationships in a B2B environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Technical & Domain Knowledge (Preferred)
• Basic understanding of web and software technologies (PHP, Linux, MySQL, SQL, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience with LMS platforms (especially Moodle) is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management systems
• Exposure to SaaS or IT/ITES industry
Nice to Have
• Experience working with international B2B clients
• Prior experience in SaaS, EdTech, or LMS-based companies
• Exposure to onboarding, product training, or client success strategies
