The Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Customer Success Manager to join our team in Dresden. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our products and services. You will build strong relationships, drive adoption, and act as a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our product.
- Onboard new customers and drive adoption of our services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product teams to improve the offering.
- Monitor customer health and proactively address potential issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management, Support).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
