Your Role

As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. You will be the primary advocate for our customers, building strong relationships and driving their success. Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and ensure they are set up for success.
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as their main point of contact.
• Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions to drive adoption and value.
• Monitor customer health and identify at-risk accounts, developing and executing retention strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to drive product improvements.
• Contribute to the development of customer success best practices and resources.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Support.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Passion for technology and a desire to help customers succeed.
