The construction industry is one of the largest economic sectors in the world – and is facing the biggest upheaval in its history. We at Flexxter are driving this change. We develop AI-powered construction management software that helps contractors, architects, and real estate developers automate and manage complex projects more efficiently.

We are not a cumbersome corporation, but an agile tech company from Hanover. To manage our growth, we are looking for someone who is eager to make our B2B customers successful while diving deep into the world of SaaS and AI.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Consulting: You will guide new customers (architects, construction managers, construction companies) through their start and show them how Flexxter digitizes their processes.
• Customer Success: You are proactive. You don't just wait for questions, but approach customers to ensure they are utilizing the full potential of the software.
• Problem Solver: If something gets stuck, you are the first point of contact (via chat, email, or video call) and find quick solutions.
• Product Co-Creation: You are the ear to the market. The feedback you collect flows directly into the development of our new features.

Requirements

• Digital Mindset: You are enthusiastic about new technologies, apps, and AI. You don't need to be able to program, but you need to understand how software works.
• Communication Talent: You strike the right tone – whether you're talking to a tech-savvy architect or a pragmatic construction manager.
• Structure: Even when three customers want something at the same time, you keep a cool head.
• Background: A degree (Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Communication) is helpful, but not a must. You are also welcome as a career changer if you are a fast learner.
• Language: You speak and write excellent German and have good English skills.
