Junior Data Analist
PALI Group
About the role
About PALI Group
Large, but not corporate. Familiar, but performance-driven. Tradition-conscious, but with a wide-open eye to the future. And a finely tuned director of a circular, animal production chain. That is PALI Group. But what does that mean for you, as a (hi!) new colleague? The answer depends a bit on your role. But whether you are preparing the organization for the next growth spurt, marketing our products internationally, or are a fanatical data-chewer: at PALI Group you can count on a lot of autonomy, an open, 'don't talk, just do' work culture, colleagues who always stand up for each other, widespread development paths, and the chance to make a positive contribution to a future-proof food chain. Want to do it? Welcome to your second home!
Your Role: What, How, Why, and With Whom
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will land (softly, we promise!) in the BI department, where you will contribute, together with a team of enthusiastic data specialists, to providing the organization with valuable insights through reports. A challenging and varied role, as you will learn how to design and build data models. You will also contribute to making analyses. Your main responsibility is clear: designing and building data models to make data understandable to optimize decision-making. You will primarily work with TimeXtender as a data warehouse.
How will you fill the role exactly? You will partly determine that yourself. PALI Group believes that colleagues surprisingly often know how to do their work best. So, for example, do you see opportunities to optimize business processes? Or do you see opportunities to design data models even more smoothly? Come up with a plan, convince us of the added value, and make it a great success. Good to know: as a Junior Data Analyst, you will work with colleagues from all over the organization, so you will come into contact with all facets of PALI Group. You will report to the Business Bureau Division Manager and will have plenty of opportunities to deepen and broaden yourself as a person and a professional. Are you willing to go the extra mile? And are you looking for a position where your analytical skills will be very useful? Welcome aboard!
