Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing data team. In this role, you will help collect, analyze, and interpret data to support data-driven decisions across the company. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to turn raw data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create clear and informative reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc data requests and analysis.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to develop and improve data processes.
• Assist in tracking and measuring KPIs for business performance.
• Maintain data accuracy and document analysis processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical teams.
• Previous internship or coursework in data analysis or research is a plus.
