Job Description:

In this role you will support the Centre of Excellence in driving operational effectiveness and continuous improvement across the business. Working closely with multiple departments, you will analyse processes, enhance performance standards and help embed best practice, ensuring systems, service delivery and productivity remain aligned to company objectives. • Map, review and document operational workflows to identify efficiencies and areas for refinement • Conduct process testing and quality checks to improve accuracy, output and overall performance • Contribute to the development of service level agreements and operational benchmarks • Partner with business analysts to support process design, modelling and implementation initiatives • Maintain and optimise internal support platforms and team systems • Interpret and manipulate data to generate meaningful insights for decision-making • Champion structured processes while promoting a solutions-focused and customer-centric approach • Build effective working relationships across departments to encourage collaboration and consistency • Support continuous improvement projects, applying analytical thinking and best-practice methodologies where appropriate

Experience Required: • Up to two years’ exposure to business, process or data analysis within a corporate environment • Proven ability to review workflows, assess performance and recommend practical improvements • Confident in interpreting, manipulating and presenting data to support informed decision-making • Experience supporting system administration and maintaining operational platforms • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to refine processes and drive consistency • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel functions; familiarity with Zoho advantageous • Understanding of organisational structures and end-to-end business operations • Exposure to the travel industry, ideally tour operations, would be beneficial • Relevant degree or formal training in business analysis, process improvement or related discipline preferred • Awareness of continuous improvement frameworks such as Six Sigma would be advantageous
