Junior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence

Responsibilities: Assist in collecting and cleaning data from various sources. Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and generate routine reports and dashboards using BI tools. Support senior analysts in ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects. Create clear and concise data visualizations to communicate findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities. Learn and apply new data analysis techniques and tools. Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and reporting processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Strong understanding of basic statistical concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction is desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Eagerness to learn and develop skills in data analytics and business intelligence. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
