Junior Data Analyst - Graduate Program

This is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development in the field of data analytics. While the role is primarily remote, there may be occasional team meetups or training sessions. The Junior Data Analyst will work under the guidance of experienced mentors to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets to help drive business decisions. You will learn to identify trends, develop reports, and create visualizations that communicate complex data insights effectively. Key responsibilities will include: assisting in the collection and organization of data from various sources; performing data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy and completeness; conducting exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights; developing basic reports and dashboards to visualize data trends; supporting senior analysts with data-related tasks and projects; learning and applying various data analysis techniques and tools; contributing to data quality improvement initiatives; documenting data sources, methodologies, and findings; participating in team meetings and providing updates on assigned tasks. The ideal candidate will have recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R) and familiarity with database concepts (SQL) is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a proactive learning attitude are crucial for success in this remote role.
