Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this full‑time position you will:

• Analyze business data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional experts, and IT teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA.
• Document analytical methodologies and ensure data quality and governance standards are met.

Dashboard & Reporting	Build visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools; ensure they are user‑friendly and aligned with stakeholder needs.
ERP Data Integration	Extract data from SAP S/4HANA (or other ERP platforms), understand data models, and support data pipelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration	Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops, present findings, and provide actionable recommendations.
Data Quality & Governance	Identify data anomalies, propose remediation steps, and maintain documentation of data lineage.
Continuous Learning	Stay up‑to‑date with emerging analytics techniques, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Must‑Have	Details
Education	Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
SQL Proficiency	Strong ability to write, optimise, and debug SQL queries (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle).
Microsoft Excel	Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, VBA/macros a plus).
Data Visualisation	Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools.
ERP Exposure	Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (or other ERP systems) for data extraction and reporting.
Analytical Mindset	Ability to translate raw data into clear, business‑focused insights.
Communication	Strong written and verbal communication in English; German or French is a plus.
Team Player	Comfortable working in cross‑functional teams and handling multiple priorities.
