Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this full‑time position you will:
- Analyze business data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that support decision‑making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional experts, and IT teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
- Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA.
- Document analytical methodologies and ensure data quality and governance standards are met.

Required Qualifications

| Analytical Mindset | Ability to translate raw data into clear, business‑focused insights. |
| Communication | Strong written and verbal communication in English; German or French is a plus. |
