Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Junior Data Analyst to join their team on an internship basis. This position is based in Zaria, Kaduna, NG, and requires the candidate to be present in the office to collaborate effectively with the team and gain hands‑on experience with the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets related to supply chain operations.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Support the development of reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Help in the evaluation of supply chain efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc data analysis requests from various business units.
• Learn and apply data analysis tools and techniques under the guidance of senior team members.
• Document data sources, methodologies, and findings.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data‑related projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field.
• Basic understanding of data analysis principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for data manipulation and basic analysis.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving aptitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate results.
