Work Arrangement:

• This position will be 100% on-site the first week, and until the person gets their bearings.
• Once the person is trained/fluent in the role, this will become 80% on-site, 20% remote.

Responsibilities

• 35% – Data analysis and reporting: Designs and conducts research studies. Collects data and performs statistical analysis for use in decision-making. Develops and prepares reports of trends and research results.
• 35% – Data extraction, preparation and visualization: Create and update visualizations, reports and dashboards from data warehouses and other data sources using Tableau and Tableau Prep software or other SQL applications for use by committees, departments and leaders to inform decision-making.
• 20% – Consulting and decision support: Provides professional level staff support to committees, advisory groups, or departments that may include performing research, authoring documents and making presentations. Researches industry standards, trends, best practices and emerging technologies and makes recommendations for implementation. Coordinates projects and assists with program development.
• 10% – Designs and conducts surveys and focus groups; performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau and data analysis.
• Experience with data warehouse and data visualization.

Compensation

• $28.00 per hour
