Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Data Analyst, based in Zurich, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing data to support decision-making processes. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and organizing datasets, creating data models, generating reports, and providing actionable insights. The role requires close collaboration with other teams to identify trends and contribute to data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis to extract actionable insights.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret trends and problem-solving abilities for complex datasets.
• Experience in Data Management and handling databases efficiently and accurately.
• Knowledge of Data Modeling to design and optimize data structures for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
