Our highly innovative and international team is searching for the Junior Data Engineer.

As a Junior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for clinical data management and development of data systems specifically configured for clinical trials. As part of our Study team, this role is instrumental in ensuring that the data supporting clinical trials is robust, accurate , and easily accessible, thus upholding the organization's commitment to the highest standards of scientific research. Key Responsibilities: • Designing the structure of databases for data from clinical trials • Collaborate closely with clinical trial teams to understand and capture data requirements • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of medical data by implementing quality checks and validation protocols • Address data-related issues in real time to ensure uninterrupted clinical trial processesMaintain and optimize data pipelines tailored for clinical trial needs

Essential Criteria

Education: Computer science, software engineering or equivalent bachelor's or master's degree.

Experience/Skills: • 1+ years of programming experience (Python, .NET C#, or JavaScript); scripting skills a plus • Experience with data analysis; medical or clinical trial data is a strong advantage • Familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and databases (SQL, MongoDB) • Knowledge of ETL processes and clinical standards (e.g. CDISC, CFR 21 Part 11) • Comfortable working with legacy and modern code in regulated environments • Basic knowledge of Docker, Linux, and Azure (certification a plus) • Strong problem-solving and communication skillsAble to collaborate across teams remotely and consistently produce results • What We Offer: • A purpose-driven mission to improve global clinical research. • A collaborative, international team that values flexibility, autonomy, and transparency. • Fully remote work setup with a results-driven culture.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
