(Junior) Data Support Manager

This is a Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking analytical and detail-driven professionals to join our team in supporting procurement data and procurement projects within a technical and customer-focused environment.

This role is suited for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, technical data management, or material classification who enjoy working with structured data, technical product information, and process accuracy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analysing procurement booking texts and transaction data within digital systems
• Assigning and maintaining accurate material classifications using UNSPSC or comparable coding standards
• Supporting the maintenance and enrichment of technical product and procurement attributes
• Assisting with procurement data quality, standardisation, and master data activities
• Working with large volumes of structured and unstructured procurement data
• Supporting procurement AI tool and data-related projects
• Engaging with customers and stakeholders where required

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, procurement analytics, master data, or technical data support
• Excellent attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills
• Understanding of procurement terminology and purchasing processes
• Exposure to taxonomy systems or coding standards such as UNSPSC
• Ability to interpret technical product descriptions and attributes
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working across digital systems and data platforms

This is not a software development or programming position. The role focuses on procurement data support, technical classification, material master data, and procurement AI project support.
