About the role
As a Junior Digital Marketing Manager, your role will involve planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will be responsible for driving lead generation campaigns with a focus on lead quality and cost efficiency. Additionally, you will manage and track leads through CRM systems, ensuring proper lead flow and follow-ups. Collaboration with sales teams to improve lead conversion and pipeline efficiency will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Your preferred industry experience should ideally include Real Estate/Property Marketing (Highly Preferred) or IT/Service-based industries with strong lead generation experience. Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, proven expertise in lead generation campaigns, working knowledge of CRM tools for lead tracking and management, understanding of sales funnels and customer journey, familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required skills for this role.
Key requirements for this position include having 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, the ability to independently manage campaigns and lead pipelines, experience in handling high-ticket or service-based campaigns, and strong coordination with sales teams for lead closure tracking. Furthermore, it would be positive to have experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms, experience in real estate marketing campaigns, and knowledge of landing page optimization and basic SEO.
