Your Role

For our team at the Essen location, we are looking for a Junior Digital Product Manager (m/f/d) in full-time, starting immediately.

We consistently focus on Working from Office. This fosters more innovation ("coffee machine conversations"), better working conditions (broadband, air conditioning, 3 monitors, large desks, etc.), optimal onboarding, higher retention, creation of company culture (including a chef, fitness room, and coach), and a clear separation between office and home.

Responsibilities

• You will test newly developed features and ensure they function smoothly.
• You will develop test concepts, specifications, and cases for quality assurance and create user documentation.
• You will analyze KPIs, A/B tests, and user data to derive data-driven optimizations.
• You will create competitive analyses to identify market trends and derive recommendations for action.
• You will work closely with our product and development team.

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Natural Sciences, or a related field, with (very) good grades.
• You ideally have initial practical experience with digital products and in data- and number-driven, analytical functions (e.g., performance marketing, controlling, product management, quality assurance, or data analysis).
• You have technical understanding & an affinity for web technologies.
• You work very structured and conscientiously & have a proactive mindset and quick comprehension.
• You speak fluent German & have (at least) good English skills.
