About the Role

The Associate Digital Strategist, Digital Strategy & Delivery supports the development and execution of digital, omnichannel, and AI-enabled strategies for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.

This role is designed for a developing strategist with strong analytical skills, hands-on digital experience, and a growing understanding of healthcare marketing in regulated environments.

Working closely with Digital Strategy leads and cross-functional teams, you will help implement campaign optimizations and ensure high-quality execution of digital and omnichannel initiatives.

Job Description:

Omnichannel Strategy & Execution

  • Support development and execution of digital strategies across CRM, web, email, and social (paid and organic).
  • Contribute to channel plans and strategy docs, assist with social content alignment and performance monitoring, and ensure work meets brand and healthcare regulatory standards.

Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze performance across digital, CRM, media, and social channels to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Support dashboards, reporting, and KPI tracking, translating data into clear, actionable insights.

AI & Innovation

  • Leverage AI tools for research, insights, content ideation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Support AI-driven targeting, segmentation, and performance analysis while staying current on emerging trends.

Campaign Execution & Compliance

  • Assist in end-to-end campaign execution and coordination across teams, ensuring alignment with healthcare guidelines and approval processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with creative, media, analytics, medical, and tech teams.
  • Contribute to client and internal meetings, and support ad hoc research, POVs, and presentations.

Professional Development

  • Continuously build expertise in digital strategy, analytics, healthcare regulations, and omnichannel marketing while incorporating feedback and contributing to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in: Pharmaceutical advertising, Digital marketing, Consulting, Related strategy roles
  • Agency experience required
  • Hands-on experience with: Digital and omnichannel campaigns, CRM, web, and social channels
  • Familiarity with social media tools: Sprout, Hootsuite, Or similar platforms
  • Experience with CRM and analytics platforms
  • Exposure to AI-driven marketing and interest in generative AI
  • Strong: Analytical skills, Organizational skills, Problem-solving abilities
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, regulated environment
