About

This role will support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital training offerings for customers, partners, and internal teams. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality online training content, supporting both live and on-demand learning experiences, and ensuring all training materials remain accurate, engaging, and aligned with company solutions and methodologies.

This role blends content development, technology, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to help learners successfully adopt and use the company application. A key focus of the role is enabling scalable, integrated learning by embedding help and training content directly within the application.

The position plays an important role in scaling digital training as the business grows globally and in strengthening the connection between training content and the product experience. This is a hands-on role with strong development opportunities in digital learning, product enablement, and training design/delivery.

Responsibilities

Digital Help Website & Training Content

  • Create, update, and maintain digital Help Site and training content (articles, guides, videos, screen recordings, presentations, and interactive learning) using WordPress CMS.
  • Support projects to restructure and modernise Help Site and training content, including moving content closer to in-tool experiences and improving user journeys.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, accessible, visually consistent, and aligned with product releases, best practices, and brand standards.
  • Produce and manage assessments, quizzes, validation materials, and scenario-based learning experiences.
  • Manage multimedia assets while exploring new tools and technologies (including AI) to enhance efficiency and learner experience.
  • Produce, edit, and publish video content to online platforms, including captions and transcripts.
  • Use AI-powered speech synthesis tools (eg ElevenLabs) to produce high quality voiceovers, audio narration & translations for webinars, training videos, and Help Site content.
  • Use AI platforms to develop simulations and other interactive learning materials that support user training and engagement.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the application, including its features, workflows, and underlying logic.

Web & Platform Support

  • Update & maintain the Help Site’s design and layout in line with brand guidelines, usability standards, and visual best practices.
  • Manage content, pages, assets, updates and plugins within CMS.
  • Edit and format digital content using HTML/CSS.
  • Support website performance, security, accessibility, and routine updates.
  • Perform basic website troubleshooting and content fixes.
  • Apply UX and accessibility best practices to improve navigation and usability.

Learning & Training Support

  • Support day-to-day administration of learning materials & platforms.
  • Organise, version, upload & maintain training content.
  • Provide technical and logistical support for live & recorded virtual training sessions/webinars.
  • Support onboarding and enablement for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with Global Training Manager, and the Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Help coordinate training schedules, communications, and webinars.
  • Collect feedback and performance data to improve training formats and tools.
  • Use analytics to understand engagement, usage & effectiveness of training to continuously improve content quality.
  • Contribute ideas, research best practices, and support documentation of training processes.

Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Comfortable creating digital learning content and working with multimedia in a SaaS environment
  • CMS experience (WordPress or similar)
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Experience of using AI tools, SPECIFICALLY CLAUDE to create simulations, scenario-based content, or other interactive materials
  • Basic JavaScript experience
  • Basic understanding of website hosting concepts
