We're hiring a Junior Email Marketing & Community Manager to join our growing team in Cape Town. This is a true junior role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM, and community engagement within a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with email campaigns and newsletters
• Supporting CRM and email database management
• Managing and engaging with online communities
• Responding to user messages and comments
• Supporting the broader marketing team with daily execution

Qualifications

• Based in Cape Town, comfortable working from offices in the Southern Suburbs
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Organised, reliable, and proactive
• A genuine interest in digital marketing and online communities
