As we continue to expand our project portfolio in Elements Green Deutschland GmbH, we are looking for a Junior Engineer (m/f/d) focused on Renewables & Emerging Technologies in full-time to support our projects across the full lifecycle — from development and construction to operation.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities

• Assist Senior Engineers in creating technical layouts, documentation, and system specifications.
• Support the evaluation of new sites and technologies through data analysis and site assessments.
• Help prepare the technical documentation required for grid connection applications and construction permits.
• Interface with component suppliers and EPC partners to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Maintain the "Technical Room" for projects, ensuring all standards and lessons learned are captured.

Key Requirements

• Recently completed degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or Renewable Energies.
• Ideally, initial experience through internships or a thesis in the field of energy storage or grid technology.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working in interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills across different locations and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
