Introduction
Fab1 Reliability Lab team is a team located in Dresden/Germany, which provides measurements for state of the art reliability methodologies, technology qualification & product reliability monitoring.
Your Job
To strengthen team we are seeking for a Reliability Engineer. You will be responsible for product level reliability systems and methods and will be working in an interdisciplinary team. Your detailed job responsibilities include:
- Perform product-level reliability experiments (HTOL, NVM) to support existing and new technology development/qualification in accordance with JEDEC and related industry standards.
- Develop test programs for systems form MCC and ELES to carry out the requested measurements.
- Collaborate with global reliability and test floor operations as well as with external partners to ensure solid tool performance.
- Implement proper documentation to ensure reliability test operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or other relevant technical discipline is required.
- Good knowledge test and measurement methodology.
- Familiar with the MS Office package.
- Experience with development & programming environments.
- Good organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities.
- Good team player in multicultural environment with excellent social skills.
- Fluent English language (written and spoken). German is a plus.
