As part of our business development, we are looking for a junior profile to strengthen the financial and administrative department related to France, while actively participating in the digital transformation of our internal processes. This position represents a real opportunity for evolution in an international, dynamic, and modernizing environment.

What we're looking for

We are looking for an organized, motivated person wishing to evolve professionally, with an interest in both administrative and financial aspects and in the improvement and automation of internal processes.

Requirements

• French and Spanish essential.
• Training in accounting, administration, management or equivalent.
• Junior profile with motivation and learning ability.
• Rigorous, proactive and organized person.
• Interest in digital tools and new technologies.

Particularly appreciated:

• Good command of Excel.
• Interest in artificial intelligence applied to administrative tasks.
• Process automation.
• Experience or familiarity with an ERP, particularly SAP Business One.
• Knowledge of Romanian.

Main Responsibilities

• Support for the administrative and accounting management of the activity in France.
• Monitoring and control of invoices, payments and accounting reconciliations.
• Coordination with external accounting firms and different internal departments.
• Support for financial reporting and cost monitoring.
• Participation in the deployment and adaptation of SAP Business One.
• Identification of manual tasks that can be automated or optimized.
• Participation in administrative and financial digitalization projects.
