Junior Finance Manager

This role is ideal for a strong, mature finance professional looking to grow. Duties & Responsibilities • BCom Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management • 3–5 years' Finance experience, ideally with manufacturing or commercial exposure • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial management, and reporting • Ability to track and manage cash flow, support investment and financing decisions, and interpret financial data for business insight • Experience preparing management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial dashboards • Ability to participate in board meetings and contribute to strategic financial decisions • Motivated, energetic, hands-on, and willing to drive improvements and grow the finance team
