Junior Financial Analyst

Client Overview

Our client is an international business that is rapidly growing out their Finance team. They are looking to add a Junior Financial Analyst who will be working closely with the Finance team, Finance Managers, and the Accounting department. Our client is ideally looking for a sharp recent graduate with an internship or an experienced professional with 2 - 3 years of analyst experience. This position offers room for growth.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$25/hr - $27/hr

Position Overview

The Junior Financial Analyst will be a part of the Finance team, interpreting and analyzing data to create accurate reports and analyses. A strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel use is required. This role will be in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on an analytical skillset.

Responsibilities of the Junior Financial Analyst

• Analyzing financial data and preparing reports and projections based on this analysis
• Coordinating with other members of the Finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
• Retrieving comprehensive financial information and converting it into a pivot table format.

Required Experience/Skills for the Junior Financial Analyst

• Financial analysis skill-set.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and Finance or Accounting education/internship background.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Junior Financial Analyst

• 1 - 2 years of financial analysis experience.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience are required.
