Timings: 5:30 pm – 2:30 am
Work Location: WFH

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about starting their career in financial analysis. The Junior Analyst will provide support in fundamental tasks to analysts and senior analysts as needed to facilitate the workflow of the team. Help in research and model development and assist in the preparation of reports for management and clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the basic analysis and modelling of real estate transactions using Microsoft Excel.
• Provide support in fundamental tasks such as data entry, converting PDFs to Excel, and other basic administrative tasks as needed to facilitate the workflow of the team.
• Help in updating and maintaining existing financial models under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Contribute to the preparation of real estate market reports, focusing on employment statistics, industry trends, and demographics.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
• Gradually develop expertise in the real estate market with a deep understanding of macro and micro factors influencing the industry.

Requirements – Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
• Solid written and oral communication skills.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and a genuine interest in financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Eager to learn and contribute to team objectives.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to collect and validate data.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
