Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and cost forecasts at both project and organizational levels.
- Assist in maintaining rolling forecasts and quarterly outlooks for small to mid-sized programs.
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for program and senior management reviews.
- Act as the finance lead for monthly subcontractor accruals and support subcontractor accrual reconciliations.
- Evaluate company performance and conduct variance analysis for diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with finance, program delivery teams, and indirect support functions.
- Provide timecard support for Project Management while analyzing accounting and labor data relevant to forecasting and reporting.
- Implement Internal Controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and Federal contract requirements.
- Engage in various special projects as assigned by finance leadership.
- Create and maintain complex data models transforming raw datasets into clean, actionable outputs.
- Extract insights from advanced dashboards and reports in PowerBI and effectively communicate findings.
- Recommend strategies to enhance efficiency, user adoption, and quality of Data Analytics services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 1‑2 years of experience in Program Finance, FP&A, or corporate/public accounting is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint is essential.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Cognos Reporting, and ServiceNow.
- Basic understanding of US GAAP and accrual accounting principles.
- Experience with Costpoint and Cognos is a plus.
- Previous experience in government contracting, commercial consulting, or public accounting is advantageous.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong ability to collaborate with others as well as work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation
Compensation for this role is in the range of $55,000 – $70,000, influenced by various factors including location, skill set, education level, certifications, client specifications, contract budgets, security clearance, and experience.
