Junior Financial Analyst, Treasury

As a Treasury Analyst at TransFi, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily treasury operations. Your responsibilities will include fund movements, reconciliations, and reporting. Additionally, you will assist in managing OTC desk transactions, rate tracking, and settlements. It will be essential for you to maintain accurate records and MIS reports for treasury and liquidity activities. Collaboration with finance, operations, and product teams will ensure a smooth flow of transactions. You will extensively use Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards. Researching and analyzing market trends, FX rates, and liquidity positions will also be part of your duties.

Qualifications Required: - Recent CMA or equivalent graduate with a keen interest in fintech or treasury operations - Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data analysis) - Familiarity with basic concepts of OTC trading, forex, or crypto markets (a plus) - Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment - Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow in the fintech space - Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
