Junior Finance Specialist

About Us

We're hiring for a German-wide specialist in technical and infrastructural Facility Management (FM). This employer, with approximately 450 employees, manages diverse properties reliably, sustainably, and innovatively.

The Role

• Develop effort and price calculations, particularly for technical Facility Management (FM)
• Review tender documents and verify existing service specifications for FM, including maintenance, repair, and infrastructural services
• Calculate based on service specifications and functional descriptions
• Support the sales team in developing new concepts
• Maintain benchmark databases and develop calculation tools
• Conduct occasional site visits for offer preparation

What You'll Need

• Degree in Facility Management, supply engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, or a master/technician in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical engineering or similar
• Initial experience in FM calculation for technical operations and maintenance services
• Basic knowledge of relevant regulations and legal requirements
• Excellent MS Office (Excel) skills
• Structured and independent working style
