What You’ll Work On

• Build responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using React.
• Style components with Tailwind CSS and help shape a consistent design system.
• Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up development, explore ideas, and improve code quality.
• Collaborate closely with designers to turn concepts into smooth, intuitive user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to a scalable component structure.
• Work with the team to integrate simple AI‑powered features into our products.

What You Bring

You don’t need years of experience — we’re looking for someone who is motivated, curious, and comfortable learning quickly.

• Some hands‑on experience with React (from projects, internships, or your first role).
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or a strong interest in learning it.
• Openness to using AI tools in your daily workflow.
• A good eye for UI details — spacing, typography, colors, and overall polish.
• Basic understanding of component structure, state, and how modern frontends are organized.
• Good communication skills in German and English.
