Junior Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary:

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to provide complete end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile environment. The role involves developing software and systems from vision to production-ready while helping clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment.
• Develop software and systems from vision to production-ready.
• Identify needed system improvements and help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure the solution developed considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 2+ years of experience with designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications
• 2+ years of experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
• 2+ years of experience with back-end software development using Java, Python, or NodeJS
• 2+ years of experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions
• Experience with writing source code to add features to existing applications
• Experience in creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
• Experience with using GIT, Confluence, and Jira
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science field

Preferred:

• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience with front-end software development using Angular, React, or Vue
• Experience developing unit, integration, and performance tests
• Experience with test-driven software development
• Experience with automated test tools
