Junior Fullstack Developer (m/w/d) – Fokus WordPress

About Our Client

For our client, an established company in the advertising industry, we are looking for dedicated support for the IT team. The company is characterized by a very family-like environment. As the IT team consists of only two people, the human component and team fit (Cultural Fit) are absolutely paramount.

Your Responsibilities

• You act as direct support ("extra hand") for the team leader in realizing customer projects.
• Your technical focus is on WordPress development.
• You work efficiently and solution-oriented with strong use of modern AI tools.
• You actively participate in the effort estimation of new IT projects.
• You are involved in exciting and diverse projects, such as the realization of e-commerce warehouse reconciliations or the development of corporate platforms.
• Occasionally, you will provide minimal internal support.

Your Profile

• This position is ideally aimed at junior developers and career starters; recent EFZ graduates or university graduates are explicitly welcome.
• You have solid core knowledge in the technology stack PHP, Vue.js, and WordPress.
• You are characterized by soft skills such as openness, honesty, and a high willingness to learn.
• You have a certain "sales flair" and enjoy conveying emotions in projects. You don't just want to code, but to understand the end products.
• Knowledge or a high affinity for the advertising industry is a big plus.
