Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, for the Junior Head of Digital & Marketing at Funfair Records.

Salary
£50,000 p.a.
Scope of Work
- Manage the label's releases across all genres and markets
- Strategise and ideate cross-platform campaigns at speed to move the needle in various genres and markets
- Present plans within 1-2 days of signing, preparing to launch as quickly at 24h after full sign off
- Oversee the digital & marketing teams, advise on creator campaigns, content plans, and delegate work based on their respective specialities and/or campaign needs
- Manage relationship and comms with artist/mgmt team when relating to updates on active campaign progress, content ideas, posting schedules, creative ideation or alignment for long term goals
- Prepare campaign analysis reports to educate the wider team and founders
- Proactively stay up to date with new surging agencies, tools, app developers and services suited to breaking music online around the world
- Maintain relationships with existing partners around the world
- Maintain a close relationship with the A&R team to align on shared goals for records at play, and provide expertise that can inform the trajectory of the song and/or deal terms
- Consistently review processes and questions ways of working / find improvements to challenge traditional marketing
