About the role

TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • You support and steer transformation projects within HR Operations and Payroll, including individual workstreams
  • You take on Project Management Office tasks, including project planning, milestone tracking, and governance
  • You prepare structured presentations, decision papers, and status reports for management
  • You coordinate stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration
  • You support critical project phases such as system testing, transition, and implementation
  • You plan and execute change and communication activities, such as communication plans, updates, and training materials
  • You track risks, open topics, and actions and prepare analyses to support decision-making

Your Skills

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

  • You hold a degree in business administration, human resources, or a comparable qualification
  • You have gained initial relevant experience in project management, consulting, HR, or transformation environments
  • You have strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and create structured, management-ready materials
  • You work in a structured and analytical manner and approach tasks with accuracy and ownership
  • You communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ideally, you have initial exposure to HR Operations, payroll, or transformation projects
  • You are fluent in German and have very good English skills
