Industrial Engineer

About

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for the series support of several demanding product groups in laboratory and analytical technology. You will ensure stable, efficient production processes and drive continuous improvements in close cooperation with the relevant departments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implementation, and continuous optimization of manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes, as well as series-accompanying introduction of product changes
• Central point of contact for the operational manufacturing team and interface between development, production, and quality in an international environment
• Planning and implementation of improvement projects to increase efficiency and quality according to LEAN principles
• Creation, maintenance, and updating of work and test instructions, as well as conducting process and time studies
• Support of development projects for transfer to series production

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology) or a comparable technical training with further education as a technician
• Independent, structured way of working with high initiative
• Strong team and communication skills as well as confident demeanor
• Flexibility and assertiveness in an interdisciplinary environment
• Experience in project management and knowledge of REFA methods are desirable
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office and practical experience with SAP complete your profile
