Tasks

You will actively contribute to the expansion of our international retail and distribution partners — from large retail chains to international distribution partners.

But not just in the existing business.

A significant part of your role will also be active new customer acquisition and the development of new business opportunities.

You are in the middle of the market. Not just in the back office.

  • Active identification and acquisition of new international customers, retailers, and distributors
  • Expansion and support of existing customers and distribution partners
  • Direct collaboration with the Sales Team and Management
  • Preparation of offers, price lists, presentations, and sales materials
  • Support with international listing projects and retail launches
  • Coordination of projects between customers, supply chain, marketing, and product
  • Analysis of sales figures, market potentials, and KPIs
  • Support with market analyses and new growth opportunities
  • Communication with international customers and partners
  • Contribution to the development and implementation of international sales strategies
  • Support with trade fairs, eCRM meetings, and international projects

You will help ensure that products are not only developed — but also become internationally visible and are sold.

Requirements

  • First experience in FMCG, retail, sales, or business is an advantage
  • Enjoyment of sales, communication, and business development
  • No fear of new customer acquisition and active customer outreach
  • University degree or training in business, marketing, sales, or comparable
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Structured, fast, and hands-on working style
  • High self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility
  • Strong interest in FMCG, brands, retail, and international growth
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • You work solution-oriented and think proactively
  • You want to learn, grow, and push forward
