Job Description

• Feature Development: Your tasks include the development of central features and components in Swift and SwiftUI used in the CHECK24 app.
• Technical Excellence: You will work on the further development of the core plugin, our iOS build system, CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, Jenkins), and automations (e.g., with Ansible).
• Code Quality & Architecture: You will introduce modern software architectures and best practices to the team and ensure high code quality through code reviews and testing.
• Collaboration: In close coordination with product management, app teams, QA, and backend teams, you will design efficient and smooth development processes.
• Innovation: You will always keep an eye on new technologies in the Apple ecosystem and evaluate their potential for our platform.

Qualifications

• Technical Foundation: Completed Master's degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification, along with sound experience in iOS development with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and WebKit. You are open to other technologies and have experience in web technologies.
• Process Understanding: Knowledge of signing, CI/CD, build systems (Bamboo, Jenkins), and ideally automation with Ansible.
• Analytical Thinking: You find pragmatic solutions for complex technical challenges and enjoy working on platform topics.
• Independent Work: You work in a structured and independent manner, identify potential for improvement, and tackle them with enthusiasm.
• Team Spirit: You actively contribute to technical discussions and support other developers with your expertise.
• Communication Skills: You communicate fluently with your stakeholders in German (min. C1).
