About the role
About
As a (Junior) IT Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant (m/f/x), you are a member of a product team consisting of product owners, business analysts and software developers. You play a key role in the customer-centric Design, implementation and ongoing development of our platform and software-as-a-service products. We mostly work remotely with a regular on-site presence in Frankfurt.
Responsibilities
- Analysis, conception and detailed specification of business logic, business processes and IT requirements for our platform and software-as-a-service products
- Derivation of user stories from processes and features
- Participation in the integration and implementation of business processes and IT requirements in customer projects
- Creation of test concepts and support for quality assurance
- Participation in 2nd level support
- Participation in projects organized according to agile and classic methods
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for rail freight transport / logistics and for digitization
- University degree in MINT, business informatics or comparable training
- First experience as a business analyst or IT project manager through internships, working student or regular work
- Knowledge of IT requirements engineering and software engineering
- Initial experience in process analysis and modeling using standard industry modeling methods (e.g. BPMN)
- Experience with agile working methods and processes in IT projects is an advantage
- Analytical, structured and conceptually strong way of working
- Distinctive, economical and process-oriented thinking and acting
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- Willingness to make occasional business trips
- Hands-on mindset when working with AI productivity tools

Requirements
