Junior IT-Business Analyst (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Administration of texts and text modules
• Creation and modification of texts in module documents
• Development of data acquisition for these text modules
• Integration of these documents into automated business processes
• Maintenance of configurations and parameters in the system according to specifications
• Participation in tests and releases in the text area
• Design and documentation of test cases
• Testing of new or changed text modules in the respective test environment
• Documentation of test results
• Participation in projects and further developments
• Support in the design and optimization of processes for text administration
• Coordination with developers and specialist departments
• Contribution of technical perspective in project and coordination meetings

Qualifications

• Knowledge of a programming language, e.g. Python or Java
• Experience with text module systems or document templates (e.g. Papyrus/ISIS, Output Management or Office systems) desirable
• Knowledge of development tools, e.g. XPath, JIRA, Confluence
• Good understanding of data structures, rule sets, and processes
• Good command of the German language (spelling, grammar, understandable formulations)
• Reading XML data structures is helpful
• Advantageous, but not mandatory: Experience in the insurance industry or in handling customer correspondence
• Communication skills
• Teamwork skills
• Problem-solving skills
