Junior IT Project Manager 💰 Salary: $86,000 - 114,000 per year

📝 Rquirements: - 2-5 years of experience in IT project management within the financial sector preferred - Strong attention to detail essential, with daily validation of numbers and dates required - Must be able to work onsite at the NJ office (Harborside) four days a week

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are: - Review and approve Initial Project Funding Requests (IPR), Budget Application Forms (BAF), Project Change Requests (PCR), and Requests for Agile Drawdown (RAD) submitted by project teams - Ensure compliance with the Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) and Approved Iterative Methodology (AIM) - Assess the feasibility and justification of project plans including cost, schedule, and scope - Optimize project costs, identify risks, and confirm sufficient detail is included in the documentation - Guide project teams in resolving complex issues, mitigating risks, and applying PDLC or AIM as necessary - Provide support with project management tools such as Project Portfolio Portal, MS Project, PlanView, etc. - Coordinate with the Home Office in Japan for IPR/BAF/PCR/RAD approvals as needed - Prepare IPR/BAF/PCR/RAD documentation based on input from Project Managers to expedite approvals
