Responsibilities

• You develop new customer contacts and maintain existing business relationships
• You recognize the individual needs of your customers and develop suitable solutions
• You manage projects independently from the initial contact to successful completion
• You are the point of contact for customers and candidates, support the team in sales activities and represent the company professionally externally
• You gain practical experience in building sustainable customer relationships and in successful sales processes

Profile

• Completed business studies or a commercial apprenticeship
• First practical experience in sales, account management or customer contact is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
• You are communicative, open and enjoy building relationships
• You act on your own initiative, are goal-oriented and enjoy working in a team
• Very good German skills and good English skills
