As an Accounts Trainee (CMA), your role will involve hands-on experience in daily accounting operations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals aspiring to establish a career in corporate finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities: - Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and reconciliations in Tally. - Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to ensure timely payments and collections. - Prepare and maintain ledgers, financial records, and necessary supporting documents. - Assist in monthly closing procedures, MIS preparation, and compilation of financial statements. - Support compliance, audit, and documentation tasks. - Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth financial operations. - Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements as needed.
Qualifications: - B.Com degree with a consistent academic record of a minimum of 75%. - Certified Management Accountant (CMA) qualification is mandatory. - Possess strong analytical and numerical skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
