Position
Junior Manager MarCom (m/f/d)
Permanent, full-time (38-hour week).
Your Role
You will be part of a dynamic and interdisciplinary team, taking on independent tasks in marketing communication for several of our trade fair events. You will actively support the implementation and optimization of our communication measures.
What We Will Achieve Together
- Content Management: Maintenance and further development of online content in our content management system, as well as quality assurance of digital content.
- Advertising Material and Campaign Management: Support in the design and implementation of marketing campaigns, including layout and language adaptations.
- Press and Public Relations: Coordination of online press accreditation, support in organizing press conferences and events at home and abroad, as well as management and distribution of press materials.
- Project Coordination: Organization and management of promotional items and advertising materials in coordination with the Senior Manager.
- Process Management: Control and processing of purchase requisitions, dispatch orders, and invoice processes in SAP.
What We Are Looking For
- Completed vocational training in marketing, communication, trade fair and event management, or a comparable commercial field.
- Initial experience in marketing, ideally in the trade fair, event, or agency environment.
- Proficient in using content management systems as well as common office and online tools.
- Organizational skills, initiative, and a structured way of working.
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Messe- und Eventmanagement oder in einem vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Bereich
- Erste Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im Messe-, Event- oder Agenturumfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit Content-Management-Systemen sowie gängigen Office- und Online-Tools
- Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Responsibilities
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Online-Inhalten in unserem Content-Management-System sowie Qualitätssicherung digitaler Inhalte
- Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen, inklusive Layout- und Sprachadaptionen
- Koordination der Online-Presse-Akkreditierung, Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Pressekonferenzen und -events im In- und Ausland sowie Verwaltung und Versand von Pressematerialien
- Organisation und Verwaltung von Werbeartikeln und Werbemitteln in Abstimmung mit dem Senior Manager
- Steuerung und Abwicklung von Bestellanforderungen, Versandaufträgen und Rechnungsprozessen in SAP
